What is the process for obtaining an ADB Scholarship?
Each year, the Asian Development Bank offers over 300 fully funded scholarships to international students. Since 2010, Asia Pacific University has been affiliated with ADB and provides these scholarships annually. The duration of the scholarship program is two years.

Required Documents for International Students Applying for Fully Funded ADB-JSP:
- A completed ADB-JSP application form(Click Here)
- If you have written any thesis before, please provide either its abstract or a sample of your previous written work. Alternatively, you can also submit a list of your research achievements to date.
- Certificate(s) of employment demonstrating at least two years of work experience acquired after obtaining a bachelor’s degree.
- Recent income tax return or evidence of your guardian’s monthly or yearly salary.
- Certification of family income, which should include the income details of both the applicant’s parents and spouse.

Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold nationality from an ADB member country
- Currently reside and work within their home country
- Possess a minimum of two years of full-time work experience after completing a bachelor’s degree at the time of application
- Be 35 years old or younger at the time of application
- Not currently enrolled in a graduate degree program
- Not hold any executive director, alternate director, management or staff positions at ADB, nor be a consultant or relative of any individuals mentioned above. Additionally, applicants must demonstrate their intention to return to their home country upon completion of the degree and have the intention to enroll at APU in September 2024. This opportunity is open to international students and comes with full funding.
