Eligibility Criteria for UGRAD Program:
Fully funded opportunities are available for international students who meet the eligibility criteria.
- The program is open to Pakistani citizens
- Aged 25 or younger
- who are currently enrol in a college or university and have a strong intention to return to their home universities after completing the program. Applicants should be in either their 14th or 15th year of formal education

Ineligibility:
International students who are fully funded are eligible for the program
Except for those who hold dual U.S. and Pakistani citizenship or U.S. permanent residency.
Additionally, individuals who are employed by the Fulbright organization, the U.S. Department of State, or USAID and their spouses, children, fiancés, siblings, dependents, and parents are also ineligible.
Finally, students in either their first or final year of university cannot apply.
Documents Required:
International students who wish to apply for the fully funded Global UGRAD Undergraduate Program online are require to submit certain documents, including their
University degree transcript and matric and intermediate certificates.
It is important to note that only select students will be asked to provide reference letters and a no objection certificate (NOC) from their current academic institution.
Additionally, for those students who require pre-academic English language training, Global UGRAD offers one semester of such training during the fall semester of 2024-25.
These students will then continue their coursework in their respective fields of study during the spring semester.
