The Emile Boutmy Scholarships in France are open to all international and Non-European students who meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be in good health,
- Have outstanding academic records, and provide a clear reason for seeking the scholarship. Undergraduate candidates must submit all previous academic transcripts and certificates
- while master’s candidates must have a bachelor’s or equivalent degree, along with their academic transcripts and certificates.
- Preference will be given to students who have actively participated in social and community service activities.
